My friend Will Samuel asked me to collaborate on a project for Adidas under his direction. My main tasks were re-meshing the shoes that had been given to us as very high polygon 3D models. So I could deform and animate the shoes and we could experiment with the shape. I also re-textured the shoes to fit in with the style that Will had put together. Then we animated and comped the final footage.
Unfortunately after completing a final delivery of the video Adidas had a change of heart on the overall design. The second video we made added depth and typography to the initial designs and gave the video a softer look.
Neither of the videos were ever released so I took some gifs of some of my favorite parts because it was a lot of fun to make and I don't want it to be a waste.
For a long time now me and my friend/collaborator Guy Field have slowly been putting together a short game to learn about game development, as it is something that has always fascinated us.
We're currently working on a full release of our little game but for now it's still in an alpha phase. We still need to add UI elements, sound and polish it up in our spare time. The game focuses on digestion, you play as a piece of broccoli that gets ingested and needs to escape the body.
If you would like you can download a test version via the links below for both Windows and OSX respectively.
A video I worked on at Golden Wolf with Stef Falconer, Ingi Erlingsson and Alice Issac for MLB The Show 17.
I worked on the parts of layout storyboarding 2D animation and 3D animation.
I was asked to create part of a music video for Two Door Cinema Club's new track 'Bad Decisions'. Each designer was tasked with creating a game level which would be loosely linked to one of the nine circles of hell in Dante's Inferno. I got greed and decided to create characters that represent different types of containers. They all, eventually, start trying to greedily assimilate one another and eventually it gets out of control, leaving only the small Tub standing in a trance of greed and he consumes the matter of his own world.
SPIN THE AUB is fun little page where you can spin through nine different animations with the 3D ones being created by me and the others being hand drawn by Anna Ginsburg as a promotion for her site. Art Direction by Freddy Taylor and Music by FrnkBoff.

I was asked to create and animate a visualiser for Tough Guy by Wild Beasts. Made with AE, C4D and some face mocap.
I was approached by my friend Rose Pilkington to look at developing some organic models for Ladybeard's 'Mind' issue. The method I took was looking into how cells replicate and how this could be achieved through simulation. Not all of them were pretty enough to make the cut, but I'm glad, as long as a few got through.
I worked on this project at GoldenWolf alongside Alex Fernandez and Stefan Falconer. i worked mainly on composition, layout and 2D animation of the backgrounds, effects and transitions.
